Full Refund
If you cancel before the day of your appointment, you will receive a full refund.
50% Refund
If you cancel on the same day as your appointment, you will receive a 50% refund.
No Penalty for Rescheduling
If you cancel on the same day but choose to reschedule your appointment, there is no penalty and your payment will be carried over. (This rescheduling option can be used only once per booking.)
